Neukölln brunch is its own genre — less polished than Mitte, more international than Prenzlauer Berg, with strong Middle Eastern and Anatolian influence from the neighbourhood's demographic. The two prime stretches are the Schillerkiez (around Herrfurthplatz) and the Reuterkiez (around Maybachufer and Hobrechtstrasse). Both have good outdoor seating; the Schillerkiez side gets the most reliable sun thanks to the open Tempelhofer Feld nearby.
Neukölln cafés are generally walk-in only and queue management is informal. Arriving before 11:00 will save you a wait at the popular spots. Most cafés serve brunch through to 15:00 or 16:00 on weekends.

Concierge Coffee's canal-side terrace is the most reliably sunny, catching west-open afternoon light. Kefir's south-west terrace gets the longest stretch. Sing Blackbird catches morning sun then goes into shade by 12:30.
